My mission is to empower people to enhance their well-being in accessible ways.
I can teach you evidence-based strategies and tools to nurture your mind-body wellness, reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and build resilience. I’m here to hold a supportive space for exploration, self-discovery, and personal growth.
I’m a positive psychology practitioner & a trauma-informed yoga & mindfulness teacher. I offer my services to individuals and teams, either in-person in Oslo, Norway or remotely to anywhere in the world.
