Group Yoga Classes in Oslo
If you are based in Oslo, you are welcome to practice yoga with me at the cozy studios Smud Yoga at Torshov and Joy Yoga at Rodeløkka. I teach group yoga classes on a weekly basis in various formats, including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, yangyin, yogalates, and “yoga spa".

In this workshop, I teach you the key principles of self-compassion. I also guide you through a rejuvenating “yoga spa” practice.
