Hi! I’m Cecilie 😊

I could not be more thrilled to invite you to My Yoga & Well-Being Retreat in Greece! I’m a positive psychology practitioner and certified yoga teacher from Oslo, Norway. My retreat offers such a unique and meaningful way for me to share several of my passions: yoga, mindfulness, positive psychology/well-being science, great food, community, and traveling. I can’t wait to share all of this, and more, with you!

Practice Yoga every Morning & Evening🧘🏻‍♀️

We invite you to practice energizing Vinyasa yoga or MediYoga in the mornings. One morning, we’ll have a dynamic cardio and breathwork session.

In the evenings, we will practice a gentle yoga flow, yin yoga or restorative yoga to promote deep relaxation.

Each day, we will explore a new theme in our practices. We will incorporate meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) into our yoga practices.

We will be practicing yoga outside at the hotel’s amphitheater or at the beach.

The yoga sessions will be gentle and available for all levels. You will get several options to explore what feels supportive in your body. Sessions will be taught in English.

Transformative Well-Being Workshops🌸

By engaging in our interactive positive psychology workshops, you’ll get to discover new things about yourself and your well-being.

In our workshops, we will explore topics like self-compassion, self-love, and characther strengths.

You will learn evidence-based tools and practices that you can take home with you for lasting change.

The workshops will be taught in English.

A Day in the Life while Retreating 😎

Imagine waking up and stepping outside your private balcony. You take a deep breath while savoring the seaside view. You walk down ot the ocean and enjoy a cup of fresh coffe or tea. Then, you participate in an energizing morning yoga practice followed by a hearty breakfast. You then give yourself some time to relax at the comfy sunbeds by the seaside pool or at the private sand beach and take dips into the crystal clear, turquoise water. You enjoy a delicious lunch (and maybe an ice cold glass of rose wine) with new friends. In the afternoon, you engage in an impactful well-being workshop or go on a excursion to experience Greek culture. During sunset, you practice yoga outside and take a peaceful moment after practice for reflection. For dinner, everyone gathers to enjoy authentic Greek food with fresh ingredients.

This retreat is an investment in your well-being. It’s all about giving yourself permission to find deep relaxation and nourishment, time for self-reflection and intentional self-care. And then taking new practices + happy memories home with you.

Testimonials 💛

What participants of the 2023 retreat are saying:

This retreat was such a powerful reset for me. It was an introspective journey in the most calm and picturesque setting. Cecilie's gentle yoga style was perfect for grounding one's mind from the daily grind. The resort is incredibly beautiful and luxurious! In addition to a private beach and pool, I loved the nearby hike to the local chapels and 1500 year-old olive trees. I was very satisfied with the mix of free time to relax and social excursions to enjoy the authentic tavernas, delicacies (the food is amazing!) and culture. Thank you for a memorable experience!”

– Roosa Tikkanen – Trondheim, Norway

Cecilie’s retreat was incredibly therapeutic and rejuvenating. It was just a soul nourishing experience. Cecilie has a lovely presence and she’s a great yoga teacher. I worried the yoga classes would be too hard, but it wasn’t, it was just right. She came around and gave us adjustments and support. I had so much fun getting to know the people on the retreat, I really enjoyed the place where we stayed. This was also a cultural experience because we had native Greek guides telling us about the culture and the food. I loved trying local food, going hiking and exploring the island! I also enjoyed the workshops on positive psychology. This retreat was exactly what I needed, and I felt a sense of release from a lot of stress and tension that I had been carrying. I’m so grateful for that experience. Thank you Cecilie for providing that opportunity for me. It’s invaluable. This retreat was the highlight of my year for sure. And I definitely will be going again!”

– Gabrielle Corse – LA, California

It was a much-needed retreat for me to deepen my yoga practices, connect with the elements of nature to heal and take time for self-reflection, discovery and integration. Cecilie and Dimitris did an amazing job of organizing the retreat, guiding us in exploring the local culture and cuisine and holding the space throughout. There was something magical about the Mediterranean Ocean – I hope to meet it again!”
