Course Description

Discover the power of mindful movement and intentional breathing in this 8-week journey designed to release tension, promote calmness, and nurture your bodymind.

The Gentle Reset offers soothing and gentle yoga practices and breathing techniques tailored for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a more mindful, stress-reducing approach to your current yoga practice.

Each week, you'll be guided through calming sequences where we combine breath and movement. We focus on releasing tight muscles and connective tissue, calming the mind, and improving your overall well-being.

In addition, we will connect as a group on 3 Sundays for a stress workshop, reflection, and community support. You will learn about the science of stress-reduction, the difference between “good stress” and “bad stress” and change your stress-mindset for lasting well-being.

Can’t make the live session? No problem! You’ll have access to recordings of all sessions for 14 days after the livestreamed session.

I offer a 6 week pre-recorded yin yoga course with Norwegian instructions that you can explore at home your own pace.

This course is all about reducing stress, releasing tension, and relaxing body and mind.
