Imagine a traditional Norwegian “hyttetur”. Snow covered mountains & hot chocolate by the fire. Now add candlelit yoga, well-being workshops, and a group of 6-7 like-minded women.

Hi! I’m Cecilie 😊

I’m so excited to invite you to my “Cozy Cabin” retreat! I’m a positive psychology practitioner and certified yoga teacher from Oslo, Norway. My retreats offers such a meaningful way for me to share several of my passions: yoga, positive psychology/well-being science, good food, and community. This retreat is extra special as I will be inviting you to my family’s cabin at Kvitfjell, a place I’ve been going to for most of my life. I can’t wait to share all of this, and more, with you!

Practice Yoga & Meditation🧘🏻‍♀️

We invite you to practice energizing Vinyasa and “yogalates” workouts, as well as candelit yin and restorative yoga for deep relaxation.

We will incorporate meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) into our yoga practices.

We will be practicing yoga inside in the cozy cabin. Sessions will be taught in English.

The yoga sessions will be gentle and available for all levels. You will get several options to explore what feels supportive in your body.

Transformative Well-Being Workshops🌸 

Through interactive positive psychology workshops, you’ll get to discover new things about yourself and your well-being.

You’ll learn evidence-based tools and practices that you can take home with you for lasting change.

We’re also looking forward to hosting a cacao ceremony to set intentions for the retreat.

The workshops will be taught in English.

Our Retreat Location

Kvitfjell: Located just a 3 hour drive north of Oslo, the Kvitfjell mountain is a beautiful and peaceful “winter wonderland”, with amazing skiiing and hiking. If we’re very lucky, we might see the Northern Lights!

The Cabin: We’re staying together at a spacious, modern, and luxurious, yet cozy cabin. The cabin has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (one of which will become the coziest yoga shala ever), and a dining room area. Click here for more photos of the cabin.

  • 2 nights at a spacious, modern, and cozy cabin at Kvitfjell, Norway

  • Guided yoga, meditation, and movement practices

  • Inspiring well-being workshops + cacao ceremony

  • 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners (nourishing & homemade vegetarian food) + snacks and treats available

  • Optional activities + time to relax and enjoy

What’s not included:

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Travel arrangements to and from Kvitfjell

  • Yoga mats (please bring your own!)

  • Other personal expenses during the retreat

Investment:

Earlybird discount is available until January 20th, 2025!

Shared room EARLYBIRD: 5,900 NOK / 520 USD (per person in shared room w/bunk beds)

Single room EARLYBIRD: 6,750 NOK / 595 USD

Regular cost:

Shared room: 6,900 NOK / 610 USD (per person in shared room w/bunk beds)

Single room: 7,500 NOK / 660 USD

—> Flexible payment plans without interest are available upon request.

Travel Logistics: Get to the cabin by car or take the train to Ringebu and a taxi from there. (Please note that traveling expenses are not included in the “retreat package”)

Group size: This retreat is limited to 6-7 attendees.
